Job summary

Infosys seeks an Associate Manager - Client Services for its Retail vertical. This role leads client interactions within the account, collaborating with the Client Partner to develop a thorough account plan and ensure effective client management.

The position covers a portfolio with P&L up to $10–$30 million and involves leading the opportunity cycle from prospect to close. Responsibilities include client delivery assurance, coordinating with delivery partners, and building rigorous account

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong sales/relationship management experience.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Experience in Consumer/Retail/CPG/QSR industry is a plus.
• Track record of interacting with CXO level client contacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interactions within the assigned account scope and develop the account plan.
• Manage the opportunity lifecycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close and drive delivery with partners.
• Account planning and governance: build the plan, define relationships, opportunities, and price decisions.
