Job summary

Mercer is expanding its HR Digital Transformation practice and seeks a Client Partner to lead programs across Workday and HR tech platforms. The role supports global teams, drives governance, and mentors project managers to deliver measurable business impact.

You will engage C-suite stakeholders, shape strategy, and ensure delivery excellence through analytics, AI, and cloud integrations in a remote-friendly, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years in program/consulting roles with global teams.
• Leading HR Digital Transformation initiatives, preferably with Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of HR Digital Transformation programs.
• Serve as Executive Sponsor for high-impact projects and present to C-suite.
• Mentor and inspire a team of Project Managers in hybrid or remote settings.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and workflows for HR tech deployments.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and HR leaders.
