Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–8+ years of ERP or HCM software sales experience.
• Experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Ceridian, UltiPro, or ADP.
• Ability to articulate value across Workday, HR transformation and related tech.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships in a matrix org.
