• 3+ years as a lead consultant delivering Core HCM.
• Strong Workday architecture and security expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead delivery of the Core HCM workstream with secure Workday implementation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable Workday solutions.

• Maintain accurate project forecasts and communicate timelines, risks, and expectations.
