This role is remote across the United States and Canada, focusing on Core HCM delivery, security, and architecture within Workday, and partnering with clients to design scalable solutions. You will lead delivery of the Core HCM workstream, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop thought leadership content, and support sales with scoping estimates.

Qualifications

• Active Workday Certification in Workday HCM.
• 5+ years as a certified Workday consultant.
• 3+ years as a lead consultant delivering Core HCM.
• Strong expertise in Workday architecture, security, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead delivery of the Core HCM workstream with secure Workday setups.
• Analyze requirements with clients and internal teams; act as SME for complex issues.
• Embrace AI and technology-enabled tools.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and communicate timelines, risks, and expectations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across domain leads to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership content and enablement materials.
• Support solution architecture, demonstrations, and scoping estimates for sales.
