Job summary

Mercer, a Marsh business, is seeking a talented professional to join our Digital Transformation team. This role is based anywhere in the United States or Canada and focuses on delivering Workday HCM solutions for diverse clients, balancing delivery, enablement, and strategy.

You will lead Core HCM workstreams, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and contribute to thought leadership while leveraging AI-enabled tools and Mercer’s best practices in change management and data security.

Qualifications

Active Workday Certification in Workday HCM.
5+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant.
3+ years as a lead consultant delivering Core HCM.
Strong Workday architecture, security, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Architect and lead delivery of the Core HCM workstream with secure Workday setup.
Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions.
Thrive in an environment embracing AI and technology-enabled tools.
Maintain accurate project forecasts and communicate timelines and risks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with domain leads for seamless delivery.
Develop thought leadership content and enablement materials.
Support sales and delivery with solution architecture and scoping.
