You will steward CXO-level relationships and manage P&L for key accounts, coordinating with alliance partners to co-create pipelines and revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing plans, delivering governance and reporting, and leading a high-performing team to achieve programmatic

Responsibilities

• Drive sales plan and client growth strategy aligned with organizational direction
• Develop strategic pipeline and TCV closure
• Proactively generate deals and manage large deals
• P&L management of the account
• CXO-level engagement and relationship management
• Partnership with alliance partners for joint pipeline co-creation
• Drive client’s governance, compliance, and reporting
• Delivery governance, stakeholder management and continuous customer engagement
• Prepare, plan, and execute sales & marketing plans for the account
• Team management and talent development
• Coordinate with horizontals for joint account planning and customer connects
• Collaborate with other accounts for idea sharing, reference creation, and asset development for CPG ISU
