Qualifications

• 5+ years of client services, account management, or related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and provide strategic consultation.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and the creative development process.
• Working knowledge of scoping, budgeting, forecasting, utilization, profitability, billing, and overall account health.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day senior client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and the primary connection across client, strategy, creative, production, and program management teams.
• Lead engagements from briefing through implementation, translating objectives into briefs, decisions, timelines and next steps.
• Provide informed viewpoints on brand strategy, audiences, category dynamics, culture, trends, and competitive context to strengthen recommendations.
• Partner with creative and strategy leaders to assess readiness and shape presentations ensuring alignment to the brief and brand strategy.
• Manage account and project health, including scopes, proposals, budgets, forecasts, staffing, profitability, billing, reconciliations, and out-of-scope requests.
• Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and lead constructive conversations that protect the client relationship and CBX's interests.
• Identify unmet needs, develop opportunities, contribute to proposals and pitches, and mentor Client Services team members.
