Infosys seeks an Associate Manager of Client Services to oversee client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The AMCS collaborates with senior managers to build an account plan and drives client management based on that plan.

Typical scope includes handling a portfolio around $10M, delivering client value, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure commitments are met.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required with strong sales/relationship management experience.
• Significant client relationship and project management experience.
• Experience serving Publishing/Information Services industries and interacting with C-level contacts.
