Infosys is seeking a Manager of Client Services to lead client interfaces within the assigned account scope and collaborate with the Senior MCS to build an account plan.

The MCS is responsible for client management based on the plan, drives business development, delivers with delivery teams, and maintains relationships up to a $30–40M portfolio.

This role requires strong leadership, sales, proposal and C-level engagement skills and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Significant sales/relationship/account management experience.
• Experience in the Hi-tech industry/vertical.
• Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts.
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
