Job summary

Infosys seeks an Associate Manager, Client Services to lead client interactions within the Retail vertical and co-develop the account plan with senior partners. You will manage a portfolio up to $10-30M and drive the full opportunity lifecycle from Prospect to Close.

The role emphasizes client delivery, account planning, and governance, requiring strong leadership and CXO-level relationship skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; will also consider 3 years progressive experience in lieu of education and 7+ years of experience with strong sales/relationship/account management.
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical
• Track record of interacting with CXO level client contacts
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
