Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks an Associate Manager of Client Services for its Financial Services vertical. The AMCS manages client interfaces within the account, coordinating with the manager to build an account plan and drive client management.

Based in Atlanta, this role oversees a portfolio around $10M and collaborates across delivery and sales teams to ensure value delivery. The role covers client relationship management, delivery assurance, and account governance, plus Cloud & AI transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required with strong sales/relationship management experience
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience interacting with C-level client contacts
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical
• Strong proposal creation and presentations

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and growth within a portfolio ~ $10M+
• Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to fulfill commitments
• Develop and govern account plans including relationships and pricing
• Build strong hyperscaler alliance & go-to-market activities
• Drive large transformation pursuits from qualification to contract signature
