Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a seasoned Financial Education Specialist to serve as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. You will manage and deliver financial education programs, webinars, workshops, and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance across programs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial education or advisory services, FINRA licenses (6/7 and 65/66), a CRPC or similar designation, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• FINRA licenses: Series 6/7 and Series 65 or 66 required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial education, planning, advisory services, or related field.
• Experience delivering seminars, webinars, or training to varied audiences.
• Knowledge of defined contribution/defined benefit retirement plans and workplace wellness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional colleagues.
• CRPC designation (or similar) or willingness to obtain within six months.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel analysis and PowerPoint design.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver financial education programs, webinars, workshops, and campaigns.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to develop and implement education strategies.
• Deliver presentations and maintain educational content, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor program performance and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
