Alight Solutions is seeking a Client Executive Lead to oversee ongoing service delivery for our largest, most complex clients. You will drive performance across multiple domains, manage a portfolio of clients, and partner with Sales and Strategic Account Executives on strategic planning and revenue retention.

You will lead teams, ensure operational readiness for new customers, and drive improvements to reduce costs, while maintaining high client satisfaction and renewal potential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management.
• Demonstrated people management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, facilitation and consultative skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales and Renewal teams to close opportunities and manage scope changes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost to serve and improve delivery efficiency.
• Oversee execution across a portfolio of large, complex clients and drive revenue growth.
• Lead service delivery improvements and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality measures.
• Perform financial modeling and pricing discussions for renewals and new work.
