Qualifikationen

• 5 years financial industry experience.
• Possess the FINRA SIE certification and able to obtain FINRA Series 6 License and 63 License within 6 months of employment.
• Knowledgeable about retirement and education funding concepts and able to educate callers on complex topics.
• Able to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a call-center environment.

Aufgaben

• Working knowledge of After Tax Brokerage Accounts and helping customers select providers.
• Provide information on qualified plan requirements and guidance on distributions, loans and investment options.
• Understand IRA account types and identify which IRA is appropriate for the customer.
• Navigate internal PFC 529 resources to retrieve needed information.
• Build a knowledge base and communicate the advisor relationship to employees.
