Job summary

Elevanta Partners in Chicago seeks a Client Partner to lead strategic banking and insurance accounts, driving revenue growth and deep executive relationships. You will own account strategies, coordinate with delivery teams, and expand engagements across Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI, and Digital Transformation for Financial Services clients across the Midwest.

Strong communication, client-facing presence, and ability to translate business needs into scalable service solutions are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in client-facing roles within IT services or technology consulting.
• Experience managing and growing named client accounts in Financial Services, Banking or Insurance.
• Portfolio management experience of $3M–$5M+; $1M–$3M+ acceptable.
• Strong understanding of Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, Application Modernization, and Managed Services.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translate needs into growth.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and commercial acumen.
• Experience with SI, global tech services, consulting firms, or Big Four desirable.
• Chicago-based or Great Lakes region candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic client relationships with senior business, technology, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue and wallet share.
• Identify opportunities to position services across Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, Application Modernization, and Managed Services.
• Lead strategic client conversations around business challenges and technology priorities.
• Collaborate with solutioning, presales, consulting, and delivery teams to develop proposals.
• Maintain executive oversight of engagements and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work with delivery teams to ensure successful execution and expand existing engagements.
