The role combines business development, client service leadership, and portfolio strategy to drive growth and successful outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Services OR 10+ years in a leading consulting firm with relevant functions.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Comfortable selling to Financial Services executives.
• Must live within commuting distance of the Chicago Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead opportunities within managed accounts.
• Sell to and create new opportunities within the Financial Services portfolio.
• Own and manage the life cycle of a consulting sales process and all steps in pre-sales motions for advisory work.
• Provide account growth through annual plans and strategy execution.
• Guide development teams to ensure delivery aligns with client goals.
• Lead engagements as client service lead, delivery lead, SME, engagement lead, or accountable executive.
• Provide governance across all sold/managed engagements and maintain healthy fiscal metrics.
