Job summary

Marsh Agency is seeking a Client Implementation Specialist to manage new client onboarding within the Flexible Benefits Team. You will build relationships, coordinate discovery meetings, and guide clients through plan setup and training.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional relational service and ongoing support to clients across North America.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience working with large system record keeping platforms.
• Strong organizational and project skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Respond with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters.
• Maintain an enthusiastic, positive attitude.
• Able to utilize Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe.
• Ability to analyze large datasets; an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
• Flexible Benefits experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage onboarding for new clients on Flexible Benefits TPA.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and external brokers.
• Coordinate meetings for sales discovery, demos, plan setup and training.
• Document scope, meeting notes and project plans using MS Office tools.
• Track and report progress of implementation milestones.
• Support enrollment meetings and client escalations as needed.
• Stay current on IRS and DOL regulations and communicate changes to staff.
