Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Service Manager in the Employee Health & Benefits team to deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.

You will collaborate with the sales team, carriers and clients to design and renew benefit plans, oversee enrollment meetings and wellness options, and manage day-to-day service needs to meet client expectations. The role is about 70% internal and 30% client-facing, with ongoing education to stay current on regulations.

Formación

• Life and Health license required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to conduct presentations to diverse groups.
• Proficiency with MS Office and agency management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand client relationships with a strong service focus.
• Collaborate with sales, carriers and clients to design and renew benefit plans.
• Conduct enrollment meetings and coordinate wellness options for clients.
• Handle day-to-day service needs and client communications.
• Balance internal and client-facing work (about 70/30) and participate in strategy meetings.
