Job summary

Marsh Agency is seeking a McGriff Flexible Benefits Client Relationship Manager to lead a client portfolio, ensuring contractual obligations and service excellence. Reporting to the Client Service Operations Manager, you will support the New Client Implementation Team to help both new and existing clients.

This role requires knowledge of flexible benefits, strong relationship-building, and the ability to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Flexible Benefits.
• Client account management experience.
• Strong client relationship skills with excellent communication.
• Proven sales and upselling abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
• Ability to travel occasionally for benefit fairs, conferences and educational events.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage daily tasks and projects to maintain client satisfaction.
• Oversee client renewals, servicing, and terminations, ensuring all plan documentation is accurate.
• Manage client renewal processes by analyzing coverage needs and pricing.
• Stay informed on IRS and DOL regulations and industry trends.
• Ensure adherence to procedures to deliver high-quality outcomes and train staff.
• Review and audit staff work for timeliness, quality, and compliance.
• Respond to client inquiries related to administration, billing, and claims.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across offices.
• Mentor and train teammates to promote effective service delivery.
• Develop on-site and virtual training sessions for clients and participants.

Skills

Knowledge of Flexible Benefits

Education

Four-year degree or equivalent industry experience

Life, Health & Accident License or able to obtain within 90 days
