The position emphasizes enrollment meetings, wellness initiatives and ongoing client support. You’ll maintain strong client relationships, manage plan designs across carriers, and coordinate marketing for renewals.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health license required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct presentations and speak to diverse groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand client relationships with sales teams, carriers and clients.
• Establish and renew benefit plans to meet client needs.
• Coordinate employee open enrollment meetings and wellness options.
• Manage calendar-year life cycle of accounts and renewals.
• Present to decision makers and participate in strategy meetings.
