Job summary

Marsh Agency seeks a McGriff Flexible Benefits Client Relationship Manager to lead an established client portfolio, ensuring service excellence and contractual obligations. You will report to the Client Service Operations Manager and support the New Client Implementation Team.

Key responsibilities include renewals, pricing analyses, and maintaining accurate documentation while staying current on IRS and DOL regulations to foster knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Life, Health & Accident license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Experience with benefits programs and client management.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage daily tasks and projects to maintain client satisfaction.
• Oversee client renewals, servicing, and potential terminations with accurate records.
• Manage client renewal pricing analyses and informed recommendations.
• Stay informed on IRS and DOL regulations and industry trends.
• Mentor and train teammates to promote effective service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to aid retention.
