Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Manager for the Employee Health & Benefits team. You will develop and maintain client relationships, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage multiple employee benefits programs.

The role requires coordinating with clients and vendors and supporting renewal and compliance activities. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in employee benefits, licensure within 3 months, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years in employee benefits industry; employer/insurer/consultant/broker.
• Experience managing and renewing group health & welfare plans (medical/dental/vision/life).
• State Life & Health Insurance License required within 3 months of hire.
• Strong ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA knowledge.
• Excellent public speaking, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and agency management systems (EPIC, BenefitPoint, ImageRight).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Manage various aspects of employee benefits programs and liaise between clients and vendors.
• Oversee compliance and regulatory issues and support marketing and renewal processes.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and cross-team collaboration.
• Resolve complex service issues and escalate when needed.
