Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or 10-15 years of related field experience.
• Previous proven experience in electric utility construction or related industries.
• Strong initiative, proactive problem-solving, and a passion for improving infrastructure.
• Strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field technicians and oversee project execution, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with utility clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members; conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Make data-driven decisions, manage schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain clear client communications and report milestones and progress.
