Experience in electric utility construction or related industries.

Excellent communication and client coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of field technicians to ensure project execution, quality, and safety.
Coordinate with utility clients to understand requirements and deliverables.
Provide hands-on oversight during construction activities, ensuring schedules are met.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver progress updates.
