Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Client Manager for its Global Service Provider organization focused on Media & Entertainment customers. You will lead sales efforts with major studios, broadcasters, OTT platforms, and post-production houses, building relationships and delivering infrastructure, cloud, and content workflows solutions.

Travel up to 25% is required. You will collaborate with engineering teams and senior leaders to scope opportunities, ensure customer success, and drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years Account Management experience with large commercial or enterprise customers.
• 5+ years of experience managing/leading a sales book of business ($10M+ in Revenue).
• Technical expertise across Media & Entertainment technology environments (broadcast/studio infrastructure, IP-based video, cloud media, content workflows).
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Ability to travel up to 25+%.

Responsibilities

• Position WWT capabilities and service offerings with client business and technology objectives.
• Manage large and complex sales opportunities with Media & Entertainment customers.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to develop business-relevant solutions for customers and partners.
• Develop and execute account strategy and lead a high-impact team.
• Create and drive sales campaigns from discovery to close.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and forecast pipeline.
