Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Coordination Specialist with 3+ years in client coordination and/or claims management to lead renewal discussions and deliver optimal solutions for clients. A Life and Health license is required, and willingness to travel about 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR high school with 8+ years in the same.
• Life and Health license required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build and solidify relationships with existing clients, leading renewals with high quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct client presentations virtually or in person.
• Manage assigned book of business and expand relationships with clients.
• Coordinate resources to address risk and capital management needs.
• Retain existing business and drive sales of additional services and coverage levels.
• Engage senior buyers and day-to-day client representatives.
