Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Client Service Executive to expand relationships and deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients through day-to-day account management. You will safeguard client satisfaction, drive revenue, and support branch goals.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience or a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience, travel up to 25%, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience or High School with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of client accounts within a Branch; deliver high quality service to clients.
• Counsel clients on additional lines of insurance or limit increases.
• Build relationships with existing clients and seek referrals for new business.
