Job summary

Marsh Agency in San Diego, CA seeks a Client Manager to provide advanced technical support to Client Executive Service and carry out Client Administrator duties for existing clients, collaborating with teammates. You may occasionally act as Client Executive for assigned accounts, preparing renewal and new business presentations.

You will continue to perform Client Administrator duties at a high level, analyze coverages and claims data, prepare renewal specs, support renewal marketing, and review

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2-3 years of daily World Class Client service is required; or, a minimum of 3 years industry experience showing increasing responsibility directly related to the duties above.
• Maintain a valid unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license.
• Advanced insurance designations strongly preferred and willingness to pursue continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to Client Executive Service for existing clients and assist with renewals/presentations.
• Continue to perform Client Administrator duties and analyze coverages and claims data for new and renewal business.
• Prepare renewal specifications and rough draft proposals; assist with renewal marketing.
• Review and prepare experience modification projections and verify calculations.
