Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Commercial Account Manager. This FLSA non-exempt role focuses on maintaining Client Insurance Programs, processing documents, and supporting risk management with peers and clients.

The position emphasizes multitasking, communication, and accuracy in preparing surveys, renewal terms, and certificates, with collaboration across teams to deliver superior client service.

Qualifications

• Education: College Degree, preferred
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and possess basic word processing and spreadsheet computer skills
• Operational knowledge of various Windows-based application programs such as Excel and Word
• Willing to work overtime due to cyclical nature of business.

Responsibilities

• Process documents to maintain the Client Insurance Program.
• Prepare surveys, renewal applications, loss summaries, and renewal proposals.
• Initiate premium finance requests and issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards.
• Prepare schedules and policies for client delivery and monthly reports.
• Provide training and support to clients on the certificate program.
• Coordinate with Risk Management Team and maintain strong client service.
• Communicate with clients and carriers; mentor teammates; support team goals.
