Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2-3 years of daily World Class Client service is required.
• Maintain a valid unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license.
• Advanced insurance designations preferred and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals and new business for accounts under $20K income.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, carriers and service team.
• Design, market and negotiate client renewals with insurance carriers.
• Prepare renewal proposals and attend client meetings to discuss renewals.
• Oversee insurance program administration (endorsements, certificates, invoices, ARs, audits).
• Ensure timely delivery of policies and communications to clients.
