Job summary

Marsh Agency is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to process documents and maintain the Client Insurance Program using our agency management system. Responsibilities include generating surveys, renewal applications, loss summaries, proposals, and issuing COI and auto ID cards.

You will prepare schedules and policies for client delivery, run policy audits and monthly reports, and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Education: College Degree, preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and possess basic word processing and spreadsheet computer skills.
• Operational knowledge of various Windows-based application programs such as Excel and Word.
• Willing to work overtime due to cyclical nature of business.

Responsibilities

• Process documents to maintain the Client Insurance Program using the agency management system.
• Generate surveys and request renewal applications; prepare loss summaries and proposals.
• Prepare Certificates of Insurance and auto ID cards; create schedules of insurance for client delivery.
