Job summary

Marsh Agency in the United States seeks a Client Manager, Business Insurance to help grow revenue by understanding clients’ business priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs. You will assist in implementing solutions that fit those needs.

Responsibilities include exposure analysis, policy reviews, renewal reviews, and preparing proposals. Strong communication, P&C knowledge, and licensing within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Sagitta and ImageRight; proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with resourcefulness and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of coverage, underwriting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Exposure analysis, coverage coordination, program design and evaluation.
• Servicing, renewals, and marketing of new and renewal business insurance accounts.
• Review policies for coverage, limits and premiums.
• Prepare exposure and premium comparisons and renewal proposals.
• Direct communication with clients, underwriters, brokers and others.
• Obtain underwriting information and pricing.
• Endorsement processing.
• Review loss runs monthly/quarterly/semiannually.
• Participate in Client Claims reviews.
• Support producers in underwriting information and rating of new business.
• Contribute to client retention through timely service.
