Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Client Manager on the Business Insurance team to support client service, risk management and growth. You will manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, handle billing issues, and coordinate with producers and client teams to deliver best-in-class service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 3 years in Business Insurance, a Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and relevant designations

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Insurance.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain in 90 days).
• Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience with Sagitta, EPIC, CSR24, ImageRight, MS Word and Excel is a plus.

• Serve as the client contact to answer questions, resolve billing issues, and process policy changes.
