Epsilon is seeking a Professional, Client Leadership to act as a trusted advisor for nonprofit fundraisers, marketers, and agency partners. You will bring data fluency and strategic insight to guide client success and opportunity growth.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage key accounts, and drive measurable outcomes with a focus on innovation and accountability. Domestic travel may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding client-facing teams in nonprofit or data-focused settings.
• Strong data-driven marketing knowledge and ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with C-level and senior leaders.
