Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking an Implementation Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for clients submitting implementation requests via email for high-revenue accounts. You will handle end-to-end processing for straightforward implementations and collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful service delivery.

Responsibilities include managing a dedicated email inbox, prioritizing requests, and creating tracking cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage dedicated email inbox, prioritize client requests and implement eligible items.
• Create a case/package for tracking, monitoring and end-to-end resolution as applicable.
• Receive and respond to implementation requests received by email and questions from internal partners.
• Conduct limited research and respond to client inquiries with accurate information.
