DISA Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Implementations to rapidly implement new accounts and updates, coordinating with sales, accounts, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration to meet client needs. The position requires a strong background in CRM, ticketing, and process-driven implementations, with attention to data integrity and proper handoffs, while maintaining HIPAA-conscious practices where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in account implementation, technical support, customer service, or related operational role.
• Experience in CRM, ticketing, implementation, or case-management systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to initiate conversations with internal/external stakeholders to clarify needs and move work forward.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and facilitate new account or modification requests.
• Follow procedures for new account setups and modifications.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to implement client requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to ensure complete information for implementations.
• Track communications and tasks in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) for audit and reporting.
• Test configurations to ensure reliable functionality and product experience.
• Understand system workflows and configuration options to support implementations.
