Job summary

DISA Global Solutions in the United States is seeking a Specialist, Implementations to deliver timely setup of new accounts and updates for existing clients. You will translate client requirements and coordinate with Sales, Account Managers and technical teams to ensure accurate, customized implementations.

The role requires strong CRM experience, client-facing communication, and problem-solving skills. You will test configurations, monitor progress in Salesforce, and uphold data privacy

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates degree preferred.
• 5+ years in account implementation or related role.
• Client-facing experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and facilitate new account or account modification requests.
• Follow SOPs for implementing new account setups and modifications.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to ensure complete information for new or modified accounts.
• Track communications and tasks in CRM for audit, reporting, and project tracking.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and thorough testing to ensure functionality and quality.
• Maintain understanding of system workflows and configuration options to support implementations.
