DISA Global Solutions seeks a Specialist, Implementations to deliver timely, accurate implementations for new and existing accounts. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure services meet client needs and align with SOPs.

You will document activities in CRM, perform iterative product testing, and maintain strong knowledge of system workflows and configurations to support effective deployments.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in account implementation, technical support, customer service, or related role.
• High School diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience with client-facing communication including requirements, timelines, and next steps.
• Experience in CRM, ticketing, implementation, or case-management systems with accurate records.
• Ability to engage internal/external stakeholders to clarify needs and unblock progress.
• Strong logical/analytical thinking and the ability to configure or troubleshoot workflows.
• Ability to work across teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
• Commitment to protecting PII/PHI per HIPAA and company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and facilitate new account or account modification requests.
• Follow SOPs for new account setups and modifications.
• Identify unique setups and consult with multiple departments for best client solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to ensure complete client information for implementations.
• Track all communications and tasks in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) for audit and project tracking.
• Demonstrate meticulous testing to ensure functionality and product quality.
• Maintain understanding of system workflows, configuration options, and solutions.
• Perform other related responsibilities or projects as assigned by management.
