Job summary

The Dealer.com Performance Manager at Cox is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external clients and ensuring client needs drive priorities and activities to maximize product utilization and revenue retention.

This remote regional role covers Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts, with travel up to 50%. You will collaborate with other managers to ensure a seamless experience across products and drive upsell opportunities while protecting monthly revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4 years' experience in a related field (or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage external client relationships to drive revenue retention.
• Identify upgrade/harvest opportunities and drive product utilization.
• Retain and grow accounts through virtual engagements and occasional onsite visits.
• Develop relationships with client staff at all levels within dealerships.
• Collaborate with other Performance Managers for consistent multi-product experiences.
• Analyze account performance and adjust dealer expectations to hit objectives.
