Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Client Manager in our Commercial and Industrial department to drive new business within the Power industry. You will collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales leadership to implement a tactical marketing plan that increases revenues and profits.

You will identify strategic markets, build relationships with customers and prospects, and support sales initiatives. Manage contract negotiations and lead generation efforts while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong background in business development, sales, or marketing with power/energy industry knowledge.
• Thorough understanding of electrical power systems and equipment.
• Ability to leverage EPC, ESCOs, utilities, developers, engineering firms, end-users, and manufacturers.
• Experience shaping account plans and strategies from customer needs.
• Leadership, urgency, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue target strategic markets and clients.
