Qualus Corporation is seeking a Client Manager in its Commercial and Industrial department to drive new business in the Power industry. You will work with operations, marketing, and sales leadership to implement tactical plans that increase revenues and profits.

The role requires building strong client relationships, pursuing targeted markets, and leading lead generation, with collaboration across teams to deliver competitive solutions and effective contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Strong background in business development, sales, or marketing with knowledge of the power/energy industry.
• Thorough understanding of electrical power systems and equipment.
• Ability to leverage market channels including EPC, ESCOs, utilities, developers, engineering firms, end-users, and equipment manufacturers.
• Experience developing account plans and strategies based on customer needs and business drivers.
• Strong leadership, urgency, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue target strategic markets and clients.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
• Support sales initiatives with client relationship support and sales calls.
• Develop and execute lead generation.
• Collaborate with team to identify opportunities and growth strategies.
• Oversee contract negotiation in collaboration with operations and legal.
• Perform market research and analysis.
• Evaluate operational trends to stay competitive.
• Support proposal processes and client submissions.
• Monitor external and internal environment for new market segments.
• Support development of marketing campaigns for new products/services.
• Assist in evaluating client feedback processes.
