Job summary

Qualus Corporation is seeking a Client Manager in the Commercial and Industrial division to develop new business in the assigned territory. You will work with operations, marketing, and sales leadership to execute a tactical marketing plan aimed at increasing revenues and profits.

You will identify target markets, build client relationships, support sales calls, lead generation, and contract negotiations, while monitoring market trends and driving growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in business development, sales, or marketing with a working knowledge of the power/energy industry.
• Understanding of electrical power systems and associated equipment.
• Ability to leverage market channels including EPC, ESCOs, utilities, developers, engineering firms, end-users, and manufacturers.
• Experience aligning customer needs with account plans and strategies.
• Leadership, urgency, and ability to work independently.

• Identify and pursue target strategic markets and clients with service offerings.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
• Support sales initiatives with client relationship support and participation in sales calls.
