• Comprehensive knowledge of the firm's practice areas, clients and competition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong, diverse business/industry network.
• Build relationships with new/existing clients to uncover project information.
• Conduct market research on potential markets, clients and projects.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for markets, clients, and projects.
• Monitor client performance trends using CRM.
• Obtain client feedback to improve performance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead client presentations, pitches, and proposals to secure opportunities.
• Participate in training and development of future firm leaders.
• Engage in professional organizations and committees.
• Develop and report on marketing success metrics.
