Job summary

You will act as a technical advisor, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with project managers and clients to deliver compliant, efficient systems.

The role emphasizes advanced engineering knowledge, problem solving, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery across diverse sectors and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in Electrical engineering firms or multi-disciplinary firms.
• Strong knowledge of energy codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design for multiple concurrent projects in electrical engineering.
• Provide consultative services and client-facing support to understand requirements and solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers; perform design computations and QA reviews.
• Coordinate with project managers, other disciplines, and stakeholders to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare engineering documents, technical reports, and memos; participate in industry activities.
