Job summary

Clark Nexsen, a JMT Company, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design efforts, mentor engineers, and coordinate complex projects across disciplines. You'll work with clients to understand requirements, develop solutions, and ensure project success.

The role expects strong leadership, extensive electrical design experience, and proficiency with design software while collaborating with PMs and stakeholders on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 10+ years in a leadership role with an electrical engineering firm or multi-discipline firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for multiple concurrent projects within your discipline.
• Assist PM with client requirements, recommendations and solutions.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of engineering work.
• Design projects using advanced knowledge and design software/drawing tools.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to advance skills.
