Qualifications

• Professional degree from a NAAB-accredited architecture program.
• 8–10 years of professional experience.
• Must be a fully registered Architect (RA) in at least one US state.
• LEED AP, WELL AP, or similar accreditations are a plus.
• Excellent graphic, drawing, and presentation capabilities.
• Exposure to environmental analysis tools (Climate Studio, Sefaira, Insight360, Lady Bug/Honeybee) is a plus.
• Sustainability-minded with commitment to design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the conceptual design and provides full support through the entire project.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on specialized systems.
• Liaises with Project Management, other Architects and consultants.
• Develops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projects.
• Coordinates with Director and Department Head on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams during programming, concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Develop design sketches, renderings, models, graphics, presentations, analyses, and construction drawings and schedules.
• Participate in bidding and construction administration, including site visits and responding to contractor questions.
• Communicate with clients, owners, users, team members, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to achieve project objectives.
• Contribute to office activities and mentorship of junior staff.
