Job summary

Clark Nexsen, a JMT Company, seeks a Senior Architect I to lead architectural design for multi-discipline projects, mentor staff, and collaborate with project teams and clients. You will participate in marketing and business development while guiding design through all phases from concept to construction.

The role requires licensure in at least one US state, NAAB-accredited education, and strong leadership in complex projects, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence project

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from NAAB-accredited program.
• Must be a fully licensed Architect in at least one US state.
• NCARB certification preferred and LEED AP an asset.
• Experience with federal, state, municipal, healthcare, or higher education projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise architectural design across multi-discipline projects.
• Meet with clients to validate scope and present design solutions.
• Mentor staff and support business development activities.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to meet budget, schedule, and goals.
• Direct and supervise bidding and construction phase support.
