Inmar Intelligence is seeking a Manager, Client Strategy to lead a team responsible for developing client-facing proposals, strategic narratives, campaign recommendations, and presentation materials across the CPG portfolio.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Client Success, Analytics, Media, Product, and Retail—ensuring client objectives are translated into compelling, insight-driven strategies that support revenue growth and strengthen client engagement.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years of experience in client strategy, media strategy, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Deep knowledge of CPG, retail media, and omnichannel campaign strategy.
• Strong executive storytelling and client-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Client Strategy professionals with coaching and feedback.
• Oversee client-facing strategies, proposals, and recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Client Success, Analytics, and other functions for pre-sale support.
• Guide development of audience strategies, channel mix, and measurement frameworks.
• Ensure strategic narratives are differentiated, actionable, and measurable.
• Provide hands-on strategic support for high-value opportunities.
• Review and direct proposal decks and executive presentations.
• Scale Client Strategy support while maintaining quality and speed.
