Job summary

Inmar Intelligence is seeking a Client Success Manager to drive strategy and execution of digital promotions for assigned CPG clients. Working with the sales team, you will strive to meet client goals, maximize revenue, and maintain high satisfaction with Inmar's services and products.

You will monitor campaign performance, propose optimization, and serve as a trusted advisor across internal teams to grow the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• 1-3 years of related experience including account management.
• Experience in data-driven strategic planning and data visualization tools.
• Experience in adult beverage sector and/or data-driven marketing preferred.
• Proficient with Salesforce.com; proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to develop and execute digital promotions strategies.
• Monitor client KPIs and optimize campaigns.
• Create client-ready assets and communicate data-driven recommendations.
• Manage contract renewals and expansion opportunities.
